プレス工場の方へTo the press factory

ワタナベ工業独自開発の樹脂製プレス型方式では、既存製品を基準パネルとして樹脂製の廉価型プレス金型を製作します。樹脂は新開発の特殊樹脂で耐摩耗性が良好で約1,000ショットの生産が可能。極小ロットの製品製造に強みがあり、量産終了後のパーツ供給にもご利用いただいております。

Watanabe Kogyo's proprietary resin press mold method uses an existing product as a reference panel to create a low-cost resin press mold. The resin is a newly developed special resin that has good abrasion resistance and can be produced for approximately 1,000 shots. We have strengths in manufacturing products in extremely small lots, and are also used for supplying parts after mass production has ended.

• 基準となる既存製品があれば樹脂反転して廉価型を製作可能。
• 樹脂は当社オリジナルの新開発の特殊樹脂により、耐摩耗性が良好です。
• 製作コストは従来型の 1/2 ～ 1/3 程度。
• 比較的短納期にて製作可能。（サイズにより異なりますが下記では約1か月）

If you have an existing standard product, we can make a low-cost model by inverting the resin.
The resin is our original newly developed special resin, which has good abrasion resistance.
The production cost is about 1/2 to 1/3 of the conventional type.
It can be produced in a relatively short delivery time. (It depends on the size, but in the example below, it is about one month)

Introducing the "Pulse Cleaner" that thoroughly cleans cooling water channels with the power of bubbles. Small bubbles of air mixed with water pumped at high speed and pressure remove scale, iron rust, and black carbonization from the cooling circuit walls. At the same time, deposits and impurities in the cooling circuit are flushed out through circulating water and collected by a filter. Cleaning and restoring the cooling circuit improves cooling efficiency and leads to shorter cycle times.
